That toy schematic on the inside cover is not the least bit diagnostic. When the systems are interdependent but un-communitive, they always seem to leave more than 1 source that can be the cause of a problem! If HVAC is so easy to diagnose and maintain, why is everyone always trying to sell the customer a new one instead of fix the old one? Why are customers going years without even knowing that filter changes are not the only thing they are supposed to do for their HVAC? Howard Aire Services is pursuing a unique customer and employee oriented approach. We have 2 concerns and 2 concerns only. We want a 5 star rating from every customer and we want everything in our employee's homes to have been paid for by the company! Yes...EVERYTHING!!! All of our people have to start part time. The longer you are with us the more you will earn. Even if we never reach full time hours for you, it is still our goal to ensure that you are earning a full time pay!! To, "hang" with us you need: A Driver's License 2 years HVAC Diagnostic/Installation Experience Availability between 8am and 4pm Your own tools This is not going to be your typical HVAC position. You'll need to keep your head on swivel, take more notes than you have in years, and study in your off time. Know going in that no matter how good of a technician you are, that's only half the job!!
