Cutting Torch Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$18.00 /hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 05:00pm)

Operate oxy-fuel and plasma torches to cut, trim, and shape various types of metal components to precise specifications

\Ensure the correct settings and adjustments for torches based on material type, thickness, and cutting requirements

Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate cuts and measurements

Monitor and adjust the flow of gases, pressures, and temperatures to achieve the desired cutting results

Inspect cut materials for quality, ensuring that they meet company standards and customer specifications.

Perform routine maintenance on torch equipment, including cleaning, replacing parts, and ensuring proper functionality

Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals

Handle and store materials, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly

Other duties to be assigned

Cutting Torch Operator Qualifications:

Must have previous experience with a Cutting Torch

Must be able to stand for entire 12 hour shift

Applicant may be subject to a background check
