**Responsibilities:**

* Prepare surfaces (sanding, patching, priming)
* Apply paints, stains, and coatings with precision
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite
* Communicate clearly with clients and team members

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience
* Own tools and reliable transportation
*Ability to use extension ladders
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and techniques
