Architectural Project Manager

If you are a passionate Architectural Project Manager looking to join a growing firm, there is an incredible opportunity that awaits! This reputable Architecture and Design Firm is looking for an experienced Project Manager that wants to be a part of a hands on, conspiring and successful culture.

Project Manager Experience :

• Degree in Architecture or related Engineering field required
• 5-10 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects
• Architectural license preferred but not required
• Previous Project Management experience preferred

Project Manager Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit is required
• Strong knowledge of SketchUp software
• Experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
• Passion for both design and leadership

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager will be responsible for providing direction to the design team on projects from start to finish
• Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.
• Coordinate between multiple different BIM platforms
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal & written
• Possess the ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally

Project Manager Compensation:

• $70,000-$100,000 (depending upon experience, business development capabilities and technical skill set)
