Concrete Carpenter

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for experienced Concrete Carpenters for ongoing projects in the Salem, OR area. If you have a strong background in formwork, concrete placement, and structural carpentry, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company that values skilled tradespeople.

Pay: $30/hr

Concrete Carpenter Responsibilities:

• Build and set forms for concrete slabs, walls, columns, and foundations

• Measure, cut, and assemble formwork using wood, metal, and other materials

• Install rebar and reinforcements to strengthen concrete structures

• Pour and finish concrete to meet project specifications

• Use power and hand tools (saws, drills, hammers, etc.) for cutting and shaping materials

• Read blueprints and plans to ensure accuracy in construction

• Work alongside laborers and finishers to complete projects on schedule

• Follow job site safety rules and maintain a clean work area

Concrete Carpenter Qualifications:

• Experience in concrete formwork and carpentry (residential or commercial)

• Ability to work with blueprints and measurements accurately

• Familiarity with tools, materials, and safety procedures on construction sites

• Comfortable with physical labor (lifting heavy materials, working outdoors)

• Reliable transportation

• Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
