High School diploma or GED and two years experience operating heavy equipment and landscape work experience. Relevant experience may substitute for appropriate education or experience. Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver License.

This position is considered to be an emergency crucial employee, additional hours may be required during peak times, emergencies, and or emergency closings.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and push or pull up to 250 pounds with appropriate tools or moving equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and color vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and humid conditions, fumes and airborne particles, toxic chemicals, animals, close spaces and is required to climb ladders to access high and/or precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
