We're hiring a skilled Fire Alarm Technician with a valid Vermont TQP License and 8+ years of experience to join our growing team based out of Bolton, VT . If you're passionate about life safety systems and want to work with a team that values craftsmanship, integrity, and excellence-this role is for you.

In this full-time position, you'll inspect, install, and repair fire alarm and combination firesecurity systems at commercial sites, all while helping to train and mentor apprentices. From inspections to wiring and troubleshooting, your expertise will help ensure buildings meet strict safety codes-and that communities stay protected.

?? What You'll Do:

+ Perform state-mandated inspections, installations, and repairs of fire alarm systems.

+ Work independently and alongside a team of technicians and apprentices on commercial job sites.

+ Interpret, draw, and modify electrical wiring diagrams and system layouts.

+ Climb, crawl, and carry up to 50 lbs as needed for installations.

+ Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

+ Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and uphold job site safety standards.

?? What You Bring:

+ Vermont Fire Alarm TQP License (required)

+ 8+ years of hands-on experience with fire alarm systems

+ Strong understanding of Vermont fire and building codes

+ Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics

+ A clean driving record and reliable work ethic

+ Comfort working independently on installations and repairs
