What You'll Do
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple roofing projects across various locations
Manage crews, schedule labor, and ensure job site safety and efficiency
Maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure all work orders are executed according to plan, budget, and quality standards
Evaluate staffing needs and work with the team to allocate resources effectively
Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project completion
Any other duties or tasks that may be asked of you
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Roofing Superintendent or similar leadership role
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple job sites
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to motivate and lead teams to success
Knowledge of safety regulations, materials, and tools related to roofing
