Architectural Technician (AutoCAD & Revit)

Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician with demonstrated experience in AutoCAD and Revit to join their team. This role plays a key part in developing architectural drawings, technical details, and construction documentation. They are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also a strong communicator and team collaborator.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.

Assist in design development, from concept to construction documents.

Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.

Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.

Revise drawings and documentation based on feedback and changes.

Any other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or Design Technology (preferred)

Proven experience as an Architectural Technician or similar role.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Architectural Technician or in a similar role.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must.

Strong understanding of architectural design and construction practices.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.

Knowledge of other BIM or 3D modeling tools a plus.
