Project Manager/Designer

Company Description Kohler Fire Protection is a growing, family-owned fire sprinkler company specializing in NFPA 13D residential systems across Central Texas. We're a small team doing big work and with strong demand and a full pipeline, we're ready to bring on someone who can help us take things to the next level. Role Description Design and layout 13D residential fire sprinkler systems (HydraCAD preferred) Manage projects from permit to final inspection Coordinate with builders, homeowners, and our in-house install team Prepare submittals, order materials, schedule inspections Support field team with drawings, changes, and scheduling updates Qualifications 1+ years of experience in fire sprinkler design (NFPA 13D required) Project management experience in construction or fire protection Familiarity with local codes (Travis County / Central Texas) HydraCAD or AutoCAD experience Strong organizational and communication skills Nice to Have: NICET certification RME-I or working toward it Experience with 13R or commercial work a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience ($65,000-$80,000+) Bonus potential based on project performance Flexible schedule with growth potential Direct impact: You won't be another cog in the machine A grounded company culture that values quality work, family, and integrity How to Apply: DM me directly or send your resume to ... - let's talk.
