We're searching for an experienced Mechanical Engineer - Design who thrives on complex challenges and wants to be part of a collaborative team pushing the boundaries of what exists today. We are looking for someone who is technically qualified and creatively motivated to create products that will be front and centerliterally.

What You'll Do

Design large-scale products with precision and innovation

Lead structural design, thermal performance optimization, and material engineering

Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural integrity and thermal efficiency

Engineer products for reliability and ease of manufacturing

Create electro-mechanical designs focused on thermal management, power supply modules, and wire harness routing

Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, electrical, controls, marketing, and testing teams

Own product development from concept to launch, balancing deadlines, budgets, and high expectations

Document your designs clearly for production teams and end users

Occasionally evaluate real-world applications on the manufacturing floor

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)

Strong background in engineering drawings and design documentation

Skilled in SolidWorks, Excel, and FEA tools for mechanical and thermal analysis

Experience with wire harness and enclosure design

Excellent communicator and team collaborator

Strong organizational skillscapable of managing multiple large projects at once

Comfort working in both engineering and hands-on production environments

Bonus Points For

Experience with transportation or large structural support standards

Exposure to electrical engineering principles or vibration analysis
