What You'll Be Doing

• Lead crucial installations and upkeep of our plant's electrical systems, ensuring unstoppable production.
• Mentor budding electricians, sharing your wisdom and promoting a team of experts.
• Tackle electrical challenges head-on, diagnosing and repairing to keep us moving forward.
• Supervise our high voltage substations, a key piece in our plant's energy puzzle.
• Physically engaging work will keep you active - working aloft and handling materials up to 50 lbs.
• Streamline our processes, cutting downtime and boosting productivity.
• Propose innovative solutions, and be the voice for operational excellence.
• Safeguard our environmental commitments through vigilant protection practices.

What We're Looking For

• Proven prowess with AC/DC circuits and control systems.
• In-depth knowledge of motor, generator principles, and electrical codes.
• High voltage wizardry - maintenance and troubleshooting are your forte.
• Solid experience in aligning motors, drives, and couplings.
• Skilled hands for panel building and machine rewiring.
• Expert in deciphering electrical schematics and operating PCs.
• Champion of electrical safety and high-quality workmanship.
• Education that backs your skills - High School Diploma or similar.
• Flexible to support our mission across shifts.
• Clear to work with us under US export control regulations.
