Hiring experienced general construction worker

Experience in the following:

carpentry
sheetrock
painting
tile
flooring
trim work
custom work
plumbing/ fixture install
common sense/ troubleshooting skills/ competency

A w-9 will be required at time of hire along with front and back copy of drivers license.

I will be hiring applicants on an independent contractor basis only.

Cell phone is required. The ability to answer
calls and text messages quickly, send and receive photos, and use a time clock application to track your time on the job is a must.

Starting pay $20/hr, and we'll go from there.

Compensation is paid out weekly.
