Project Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic construction team. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for project execution and a dedication to delivering high-quality builds. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and track submittals, RFIs, and project documents to ensure timely updates and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in design clarifications, field coordination, and change order management, working closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Help develop and maintain project schedules, prepare two-week look-ahead plans, and coordinate material deliveries to keep projects on track.
  • Process and track purchase orders and subcontractor invoices, assisting in budget updates and cost management.
  • Conduct site walks, monitor construction progress, and support issue resolution to ensure work aligns with project specifications and standards.
  • Assist in gathering closeout documentation, resolving punch list items, and archiving project records for final project completion.
Essential Skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document management and scheduling in construction.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, plans, and procurement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to support field and office operations.
  • Experience with Microsoft products and/or Google Drive.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare construction projects is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, emphasizing teamwork between developers and builders to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet project demands. Dress code is business casual, and the position may involve occasional site visits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
