WHAT WE NEED:

Sr. Project Manager The Senior Project Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive project management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams . The Senior Project Manager will be instrumental in guiding project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, resources, and timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and align project goals with the organization's strategic objectives.

Lead, inspire, and motivate project teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project engineers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment .

Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and ensure that the project stays on track according to the established plan. Address any potential roadblocks or issues promptly, implementing appropriate corrective actions.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage risk throughout the project lifecycle to minimize the impact on project outcomes.

Responsible for managing project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and tracking expenditures. Make data-driven decisions to optimize resource utilization and project costs.

Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators. Address stakeholders' concerns and foster positive relationships.

Ensure that project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and align with client expectations.

Conduct thorough reviews and validations to guarantee the overall success of the project.

Analyze project performance and outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Implement lessons learned from past projects and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team.

Effectively manage project changes, assess their impacts, and communicate the implications to all stakeholders. Facilitate seamless integration of changes to maintain project momentum.

Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards throughout the project. Maintain a strong focus on compliance and risk management.

WHO WE NEED:

Minimum 15 years' experience managing projects in the petro/chem industry in a consulting role.

Bachelor's degree in engineering. A licensed engineer is preferred. Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Extensive experience in project management , including a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Proven experience in budget management and resource allocation .

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project challenges.

Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced , dynamic environment .
