Position Summary
  • Responsible for Maintaining Quality Management System.2. Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for product and process related concerns 3. Perform Internal Quality Audits as per ISO 9001 requirements 4. Follow the controls established for final inspection and dispatch5. Review quality reports and drive actions to improve quality in consultation with Quality Head.6. Coordination and driver of continuous improvement program7. Incoming Part measurement & Material Inspection, in process inspection and vendor end inspection.8. Vendor audit and work with vendor for detailing them on quality requirement and finalizing the quality assurance plan9. Improve and implement changes within the systems resulting from audit for continual improvement.10. Periodic calibration of all monitoring and measuring equipments & documentation of records11. Impart training down the line as and when required12. Implement 5S system 13. Focus on inspection process development and product improvement14. Ensure root cause investigation and corrective actions for all NCRs and Customer complaints15. Implement statistical tools to analyze nonconformities and customer complaints16. To design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipments17. Authorized for acceptance of the material based on inspection & testing findings18. Maintain records of all inspection & test results as per company procedure
