Plumbing Foremen and Leads

Growing plumbing company with numerous new projects looking for plumbing foremen to run one or more crews of 2-5 plumbers on residential and light commercial projects. Must demonstrate expertise in:

Responsibilities:
Arrive to job site and ready to work at designated start time
Layout work for crew and keep to a schedule
Positively motivate team
Work efficiently and productively to install plumbing systems and equipment
Test systems and prepare for plumbing inspections
Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Keep job site and company equipment clean and organized

Qualifications:
Verifiable experience layout out underground plumbing, including shooting grade using a laser
Experience installing sewage ejector and sump pumps and basins
Experience connecting utilities in the street a plus
Own basic plumbing tools
Have reliable transportation
Ability to handle physical workload
