support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of critical infrastructure systems.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills- Mechanical Systems Expertise : Deep knowledge of HVAC, DI/process water, chillers, boilers, and heat exchangers, with the ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize these systems.
- Project & Maintenance Leadership : Proven experience managing mechanical engineering projects and developing preventative/predictive maintenance programs in a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
- Regulatory & Safety Compliance : Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, ASHRAE) and the ability to ensure systems meet or exceed compliance standards.
- Mechanical Systems Design & Optimization
- Design, analyze, and enhance mechanical systems for peak performance and reliability.
- Evaluate system metrics and implement upgrades to improve efficiency.
- Facilities Operations & Maintenance
- Provide expert support for HVAC, DI/process water, chillers, boilers, and more.
- Develop predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Fluid & Gas Distribution
- Design and maintain systems for process gases and liquids.
- Monitor flow, pressure, and system integrity to ensure manufacturing continuity.
- Project Management & Implementation
- Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure systems meet all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
- Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Capacity Planning & Risk Management
- Assess system capacity and plan for future growth.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of system designs, maintenance, and performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities engineering within a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with gas and liquid distribution systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent engineering software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
