- Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to prevent delays.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Assist in managing change orders, controlling costs, and tracking financial aspects of the project.
- Participate in site inspections and provide updates on construction activities.
- Support the Sr Project Manager in project closeout activities, including final inspections and documentation.
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in construction project management or assistant project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with construction management software, RFI, and change order management.
- CAD experience and estimation skills.
- 1 year of co-op experience preferred over an internship.
- 1 year of on-site job experience is ideal.
The position currently requires working five days a week, with plans to expand to six days, totaling up to 58-60 hours per week. Employees will benefit from guaranteed overtime.
