- Design control panels from scratch with 3-5 years of experience in control panel design.
- Create electrical schematics using AutoCAD or other preferred software.
- Build custom panels and layout panels according to project specifications.
- Work with AC and DC drives and motor controllers.
- Select motors for precision and torque requirements.
- Experience with XY tables, linear actuators, indexing machines, and drives controls.
- Proficiency in making electrical schematics using AutoCAD or other preferred software.
- Effective troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
- 3-5 years of control panel design experience from scratch.
- Experience with AC and DC drives and motor controllers.
- Motor selection experience for precision and torque.
- Experience with XY tables, linear actuators, indexing machines, and drives controls.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of industry-related experience (conveyors, robotics, actuators, etc.).
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
- Knowledge of explosion-proof equipment and hazardous environment equipment.
- Experience with vision inspection systems and robotic work cells.
- Familiarity with robotic process automation.
