Let's talk.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Produce a variety of land surveying documents including boundary, topographic, ALTA, subdivision maps, legal descriptions, and construction staking deliverables.- Review and certify survey documents such as plats, legal descriptions, and exhibits.- Collaborate remotely with project managers, CAD technicians, and field crews to ensure accuracy and consistency.- Assist in developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.- Review and certify survey documents such as plats, legal descriptions, and exhibits.- Collaborate remotely with project managers, CAD technicians, and field crews to ensure accuracy and consistency.- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and public agencies to support project goals.- Ensure all survey activities meet applicable regulatory, professional, and quality standards.- Stay current with industry standards, equipment, software, and regulatory requirements.### Minimum Qualifications:- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Washington OR California (will consider other states).- 5+ years of experience delivering survey work in a project environment.- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey software (such as Trimble Business Center or similar).- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.- Strong written communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:- 7+ years of progressive experience in land surveying production.- Experience supporting both private and public sector projects.- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and workflows.Why join the MacKay Sposito team?- A people-first culture - We are dedicated to our employees and their families.
