Job Roles & Responsibilities: Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency Manage crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M - $25M Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites Experience leading both large construction and data center projects Completed 2 or more projects from start-up to completion as a foreman, supervisor or field superintendent Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships Job Requirements: In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will Minimum 8 years experience managing high dollar projects and large commercial or industrial teams Minimum 2 years of prior supervisory experience Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications Experience utilizing prefabrication Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship Weifield Benefits: Weifield employees receive a variety of benefits including: 100% of base medical plan is paid for you and your family by Weifield Dental, vision, and disability insurance, as well as company paid life insurance Flexible Time Off 7 paid holidays 401(k)-plan eligibility with match Company Vehicle or Car Allowance Cell Phone Allowance Tuition reimbursement opportunities, and other benefits depending upon your role.
