Mechanical Superintendent

Superintendent (Mechanical / Sheet Metal / Plumbing / HVAC) Location: Richmond, VA Position Summary: The Superintendent oversees change-outs, retrofits, and installations for complex projects, supervising the daily work of mechanics, apprentices, and helpers. This role ensures that all services meet contractual agreements and budget objectives.
