A Project Management professional with demonstrated ability to manage a variety of custom fabrication projects simultaneously, delivering on time and on budget. A great troubleshooter adept at finding solutions and solving problems. You thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven work environment.

Our Project Coordinators work closely with a Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of projects. They also have an opportunity to take the lead in smaller projects. It's a great opportunity to learn and grow.

What You'll Do:
Work collectively to support production in the areas of Graphics, Interactives and Project management
Work with Project Managers to monitor production process as needed including subcontractor deliveries, hours for production, shipment planning and other as determined based on project scope.
Identify all items required for projects, issue purchase orders and follow up.
Track project delivery expectations and, identify and refine work plans as required with the Project Manager.
Maintain accurate records of all activities within the project.
Ensure all work is completed according to drawings and meets quality standards with the Project Manager.
Plan and maintain calendar of key dates for project production.
About You:
Post-secondary education (Architectural, construction, design background are nice to have)
Willingness to learn.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate, oral and written, professionally and effectively.
Strong problem solving skills.
Able to work well with others, both inside and outside the organization.
