Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential HVAC Production Manager to oversee and manage our residential HVAC field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC Residential New Construction (RNC) Installation, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving production goals while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Specific Qualifications

  • 4-6 years' experience
  • Proven working experience in Residential New Construction production
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
  • Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
  • A knack for problem solving and communication
  • Working understanding of Manual J, D, S and redline principles
  • Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
  • Solid judgement along with decision making skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • EPA card, Technician registration, NATE or state license
