Systems Quality Assurance Analyst 3
Term: 6+ month contract and full time opportunity if person proves themselves!
Location: Charlotte NC preferred or Minneapolis MN Hybrid 3 days onsite

• Manual QA
• Consumer & small business banking - Credit card space

Responsibilities:

• Lead a variety of systems quality assurance testing initiatives on software systems
• Act as key participant in planning for systems quality assurance
• Lead testing, development, and project teams to provide training, resolve escalated issues, assess testing needs, and recommend changes
• Lead implementation of complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more lines of business
• Manager needs someone that will come in, mix well with different personalities, learn the job, and be able to take tangible work from the current team (who averages 10 years of testing experience).
