Our client is seeking Machine Operators and assistant machine operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator and Assistant Machine Operator
Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Range: $18.72 to $24.25
Shifts: 12 hours shifts, day and night shifts available
What's the Job?
- Start and operate Spin Welding machines while ensuring proper adjustments for optimal performance.
- Inspect welded cartridges to guarantee quality standards are met.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Spinwelders, ACOs, Scrapers, and Conveyors/Elevators.
- Conscientiously observe all safety protocols during machine operation.
- Assist the Line Operator and monitor the operation of extruder and printer as needed.
What's Needed?
- 1 to 2 years of manufacturing machine experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a sometimes stressful environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including overtime as needed.
