Tradesman - Carpenter

We are looking for a carpenter to join our team. We are a local contractor who does business within the 5 boroughs predominantly in the Manhattan/Bronx area. The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities:

-Must have 5+ years of experience within the construction industry
-Knowledge of carpentry such as tiling, framing, painting and other necessary tasks to complete project
** NOT LOOKING FOR SUBS (such as plumbers, electricians, & contractors) DO NOT APPLY**
-Must be English speaking - to maintain good communications with business owners
-Driver's license (not necessary but a plus)
-Be able to perform task with little supervision
-Be able to read blueprints
-Well understanding of scheduling and construction timelines
-In good physical heath
-Be able to work beside and delegate responsibility as required
-Must have your own basic tools. Power tools to be supplied.
