Lead Carpenter

I am looking for a lead carpenter to work on renovation projects. Must be able to lay out, read drawings, and be interested in renovation of old buildings. These types of projects require a positive attitude-looking to find solutions, not pointing out the problems. Candidates must have drivers license and transportation, must be drug free, and must be able to speak English and Spanish or Portuguese. This is roughly a six month job.
