What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of commercial, residential, and mixed-use land development projects.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, and internal teams .

• Mentor and manage junior engineers, designers, and project teams.

• Review plans, reports, and permitting documents to ensure compliance and quality standards .

• Coordinate with survey, environmental, and structural teams for integrated project delivery.

• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client partnerships .

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (PE license in NC required).

• 8+ years of progressive land development experience (commercial/residential/mixed-use).

• Proven leadership in managing teams, timelines, and budgets.

• Solid knowledge of stormwater, grading, site layout, and utility design .

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to lead a meeting and close a deal.

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and relevant civil design tools.
