About the Role:

As a Roofing Estimator, you'll investigate leaks, document findings, create takeoffs and proposals, and present solutions to customers. You'll work independently while collaborating with our repair and service team to provide accurate estimates and build long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Perform on-site inspections and gather field data
• Take photos, create budgets, reports, and proposals
• Use web-based applications to manage and track projects
• Qualify leads and communicate effectively with clients

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in commercial and/or residential roofing (repairs, maintenance, coatings)
• Familiarity with common roofing systems and repair methods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (pickup truck required)
• Functional computer skills; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated and organized

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000-$55,000 salary (based on experience)
