Insight Global is looking to hire an Electrical Engineer Support contractor for one of our clients in the utility space. This individual will report on-site every day, 4 days a week, and work alongside a counterpart. On a day-to-day basis, this person will be responsible for assisting with the plant's workstations to repair and maintain the electrical components of the nuclear power plant. We are looking for this individual to have a basic understanding of plant security, as they will also assist in the design and planning of a new plant security system project.

Designing experience (understanding functions and can apply to plant environment)
2-3 years of technical experience with workstations, multiplexers, switches, and fiber cabling
At least one year of experience in a nuclear power plant
Technical knowledge/experience performing electrical modifications in a nuclear power plant environment
o Electrical systems (batteries, transformers, cable, motors, breakers, switches, and I&C system components/boards)
Basic knowledge of cyber security
