Submit daily jobsite reports and photos
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of commercial journeyman-level experience
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans
Take new plans to a jobsite and execute independently
Lead and manage a small crew (helpers or junior electricians)
Estimate time and labor needs accurately
Perform material take-offs effectively
Solve jobsite problems without waiting for instructions
A reliable vehicle
Full set of tools for commercial electrical tenant improvement projects
Travel regularly across Southern California
Occasionally take on out-of-state assignments
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience in other trades (e.g., framing, drywall, finish carpentry)
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore)
Well-groomed (personal style/tattoos are welcome-just stay professional)
