Journeyman Electrician

• Submit daily jobsite reports and photos

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial journeyman-level experience

• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans

• Take new plans to a jobsite and execute independently

• Lead and manage a small crew (helpers or junior electricians)

• Estimate time and labor needs accurately

• Perform material take-offs effectively

• Solve jobsite problems without waiting for instructions

• A reliable vehicle

• Full set of tools for commercial electrical tenant improvement projects

• Travel regularly across Southern California

• Occasionally take on out-of-state assignments

• Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in other trades (e.g., framing, drywall, finish carpentry)

• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore)

• Well-groomed (personal style/tattoos are welcome-just stay professional)
