Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations on the construction site run smoothly and efficiently, adhering to safety regulations and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to coordinate activities and resolve issues as they arise.
Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of plans.
Attend job site meetings
Provide training and guidance to team members
Maintain clear communication regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Experience
At least 10 years of Fire Sprinkler Field experience.
Strong understanding of construction site operations, including quality control measures.
Knowledge of OSHA standards related to construction safety is required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals effectively.
