Summary

This position will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development of our Client Portal. This position will play a key part in analyzing acceptance criteria, writing test cases, and testing new functionality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability.
• Design, write, and execute test cases for functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools.
• Validate fixes and perform regression testing.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and usability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, representing the voice of testing and quality.
• Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 3+ years of experience working in quality assurance.
• 1+ year of experience working in an IT department within a construction management company.
• Understanding of QA methodologies.
• Experience writing and executing test cases.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with API testing tools.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals
• Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Ability to possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Familiarity with automated testing tools
• Familiarity with GitHub
• Familiarity and understanding of Power Apps
• Familiarity with building Forms and Applications with Jotform
