The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for maintaining electrical systems in our residential and commercial buildings.

- Comply with the Facilitys personnel, safety, guidelines and procedures as related to a vendor.
- Responsible for maintenance and repairs of existing residential and commercial building electrical infrastructure
- Responsible for locating and diagnosing electrical problems on residential and commercial buildings and performing repairs
- Responsible for responding to workorders related to electrical issues such as bulbs, ballast, breakers outlets etc
- Understanding of blueprints and technical diagrams and is able to communicate job details and cost
- Adheres to state and local building regulations
- Responsible to know how to use industry tools including but not limited to ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, cable testers, etc.
- Responsible to perform routine maintenance
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining all equipment and supplies.
- Responsible to hold a current Journeyman Electrical license
