Land Surveyor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor with 1-5 years of experience in land surveying to join our growing team. This role involves working as part of a one- or two-person crew on a variety of industrial, commercial, and subdivision projects. Candidates with an Associate's degree in Surveying or a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering are preferred, though equivalent field experience is also encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform land surveys for industrial, commercial, and subdivision developments.
• Operate as part of a one- or two-person field crew to gather and analyze survey data.
• UtilizeCivil 3Dsoftware for land development and topographic survey tasks.
• Ensure precise data collection and mapping usingTopconsurveying equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in land and topographic surveying.
• Proficiency inCivil 3Dsoftware.
• Familiarity withTopconequipment and modern surveying techniques.
• Strong understanding of land development processes.

Preferred Education

• Associate's degree in Surveying or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is a plus.
• Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $24.04/hr.
