Seeking Skilled Excavator Operator

Arizona Specialty Demolition is seeking a highly skilled Excavator Operator with building demolition experience to join our growing team!

Qualifications:
Experience demolishing building structures, concrete slabs, removing footings and loading semi-trucks with debris safely and efficiently
Experience operating CAT 330-349 sized equipment
Experience with thumbs, hydraulic hammers, concrete munchers and metal shears
Ability to read, understand and execute project plans
3-5 years experience preferred
OSHA 30 certification a plus
Maricopa County Rule 310 Comprehensive Dust card a plus
Must have a valid driver license + clean driving record

Must be punctual
Must be self-motivated and able to confidently lead others
Be able to lift 50 lbs. +
Responsible for daily maintenance and cleaning of machine (grease machine, fuel machine, maintain & clean air filter, keep cab clean &free of debris
Report any equipment damage or maintenance requests to equipment manager
Fill out daily pre-task safety plans and toolbox talks

Company vehicle provided (on approved clean driving record)
40 hours Vacation/PTO
Health + Dental + Vision benefits after 60 days of employment
Starting Hourly Rate $28-$32/hour DOE
