Property maintenance / Handyman position

A property management grounds and building maintenance position. Responsible for the care of the landscaping and grounds on commercial and residential properties. Minor general landscaping, minor maintenance to repair structures, and maintaining the inside and outside of buildings. (mowing and snow removal are taken care of by others).

Requirements
Self motivated
Mechanically inclined
Problem solver/critical thinker
Good communicator
Valid DL & able to drive company vehicle
Able to work alone and together

Desirable experience bonus points
-Broad construction experience
-job history showing reliability
-heavy equipment maintenance and operation
