We are looking to add a n Operations Manager to our Yourgi team!

LOCATION : FULLY REMOTE

REPORTS TO : Director of Yourgi Operations and Support

PAY: $95,000 - $115,000 / salary

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Help develop operational strategies that align with our purpose

  • Create systems where daily support operations become the embodiment of our values

  • Design service that reflect our commitment to those we serve

  • Transform our customers feedback into insights that help us better fulfill our purpose

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement that serve our mission and our people

  • Collaborate with departments to establish metrics that measure what truly matters

  • Use data to tell the story of our impact and guide our path forward

  • Help build vendor relationships based on shared values and mutual respect

  • Resolve customer challenges in ways that strengthen, rather than strain, relationships

  • Share meaningful insights with leadership that inform our strategic direction

  • Contribute to our vision of the future, helping us remain true to our why as we grow.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, though we value wisdom gained through diverse paths

  • 3+ years of progressive operations experience, where you've learned that how we work matters as much as what we produce

  • 2+ years in customer service environments, where you've seen firsthand how systems impact human experiences

Skills:

  • A demonstrated history of creating operational frameworks that serve people, not just processes

  • Experience with support platforms and systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence,

  • Deep understanding of tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 as a trust-building function, not just a problem-solving one

  • Leadership abilities that inspire others to bring their whole selves to work

  • Analytical skills that uncover the patterns and stories behind the numbers

  • Proficiency with technology tools, recognizing them as enablers of our purpose, not the purpose itself

  • Communication style that bridges different perspectives and unites diverse teams

  • Customer-first philosophy grounded in empathy and genuine service

  • Resource management experience guided by a stewardship mindset

  • Adaptability in the face of change, understanding that flexibility is essential to lasting impact.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Advanced degree that has expanded not just your knowledge, but your perspective

  • Depth of understanding in industry best practices, knowing which serve purpose and which serve convention

  • Digital operations experience, with insight into how technology can strengthen human connections

  • Project management certification, reflecting a commitment to bringing structure to complexity

  • Experience managing help desk functions with an emphasis on empathy and resolution

  • Previous experience working with directors who value both results and the manner in which they're achieved

  • Skill in developing training programs that connect daily tasks to deeper meaning

  • Most importantly, a belief that work can and should be an expression of purpose, not just a means to a paycheck
