Looking For A Cabinet/ Furniture Maker, Or Someone Who Wants To Learn

We are seeking a Cabinet/ furniture Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking, and fabrication with the desire to be a part of fabricating top quality cabinets, case goods, and furniture. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work with various materials and tools. A positive, safe, shop environment is top priority, so the ability to function as part of a team is required. We hold very high standards in the products we create, and the environment in which we create them.

Duties:
Fabricate and assemble cabinets, furniture, and other wood products according to design specifications.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing wood materials.
Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and provide recommendations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards while operating machinery and tools in the workshop or job site.
Maintain an organized workspace, keeping tools and materials in good condition.

Experience:
Passion for woodworking, cabinet making or related fabrication
Familiarity with reading a tape measure, and layout
Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and routers
experience with prep and finish is a plus
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
