About the Role:

As a Superintendent, youll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing crews, subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality control. Youll be the boots-on-the-ground leader who ensures the job gets done and gets done right.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
Leading construction activities from groundbreaking to final inspection
Managing project schedules and adjusting timelines as needed
Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
Tracking progress, materials, and manpower
Enforcing jobsite safety standards and responding to any incidents with confidence
Ensuring quality craftsmanship and resolving issues on the spot
Communicating updates with project managers, inspectors, and clients
Being a solid, reliable team leader, who others trust and respect
We are looking for both commercial and residential

Requirements:
5 plus years plus working in a Superintendent role
Must have overseen a crew, worked with scheduling and used scheduling software of some kind
Must be a go getter, with leadership skills!
Able to oversee multimillion dollar projects both residential and commercial.
