WE ARE NOT HIRING ENTRY LEVEL AT THIS TIME. EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, INCLUDING TOOLS, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, AUTO INSURANCE, DRUG SCREENING, AND BACKGROUND CHECKS.

Positions Available
Structured Cabling Technicians (Multiple Levels Based on Experience)

Level One Technician has basic skills and some experience in the field or related education, trade, or degree
Basic structured cabling skills, including pulling, terminating, and testing Cat 5e, Cat 6, and Coax cables, rack deployment, and able to work full time.

Level Two Advanced Technician meets all requirements of Level 1 plus
Ability to work independently on project sections with little supervision, install racks, and build structured cabling infrastructure, terminate, test, troubleshoot, repair, familiar with fiber optic cable, and able to assist in preparation or have some level of splicing knowledge, punch down telephone blocks, VOIP knowledge, has tools including impacts, drills, multiple batteries, screwdrivers, bit kits, hand tools, pouches, snips, punchdown tools, toner, etc.

Level Three meets requirements for levels 1 and 2, and the following
Expert level terminate, punch down, test, troubleshoot, and repair, capable of handling jobs independently, exhibits leadership qualities, and can run a small crew, ensuring projects are completed according to company standards. Responsible for fiber splicing, training junior technicians, troubleshooting, and overseeing quality control on job sites must be career minded.

Service Technicians
Responsible for attending client sites to test, troubleshoot, and repair network cabling and equipment.
Install, maintain, and cross-connect phone lines and extensions.
Installed and troubleshoot network switches, servers, UPS, and access points.

Project Managers
Base salary between sixty-five thousand and eighty thousand dollars, plus bonuses and incentives.
Oversee projects, manage technicians, and ensure efficiency and deadlines are met.
Work directly with clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure successful installations.

Lead teams, solve problems, and drive efficiency.
Requirements for All Positions
Minimum of two years of experience preferred. Level One positions are available for candidates with some field experience.
Must have basic hand tools, including snips, punch tool, drill, screwdrivers, and toners.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel daily within San Antonio and surrounding areas. Mileage compensation is provided.
Must be a team player with strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and customers.
