Lead HVAC Mechanic Little Rock, AR Starts Aug 1st

The Lead HVAC Mechanic is designated as Key Personnel and is critical to this task order. The Vendor must provide a qualified, licensed mechanic with at least 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical work, and facilities maintenance. The candidate must have completed a recognized HVAC apprenticeship, hold EPA/CFC certification, and possess all relevant Federal, State, or local licenses. A minimum of 3 years as a journeyman HVAC technician is required. This is a full-time, on-site position (MondayFriday, 06001800, excluding major holidays). The Lead HVAC Mechanic reports to the Project Manager, acts as secondary supervisor, and must be capable of leading teams, resolving urgent issues, and ensuring compliance with green building procedures (GBCI). Hands-on tasks include equipment operation, maintenance, testing, and repair. Pay is Union Scale. Submit Resume for review.
