Full-Time Live-In Superintendent Needed Corona, Queens

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and hands-on Live-In Superintendent for a residential rental building
Job Location:
Corona, NY 11368
(Easy access to public transportation, close to shops, schools, and amenities.)

Full-Time

Live-In Required (Apartment provided)

Responsibilities Include:
Participation and supervision of part time Porter daily maintenance and cleanliness of common areas garbage collection and recycling

Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs

Snow removal and seasonal upkeep

Monitoring building systems and reporting major issues

Assisting with move-ins/outs and access for vendors

On-call availability for emergencies

Requirements:
Prior experience as a building super or handyman

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Responsible, trustworthy, and respectful to tenants

Fluent in English and Spanish

Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation:
Free apartment on-site
