A local Columbus residential / commercial builder is in search of a Project Executive to be located in Columbus, OH. This company has experienced successful growth for decades and builds sizable projects in multifamily and general commercial markets nationwide. A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 10+ years of management experience in commercial construction
• Experience managing large teams and projects that include large multifamily/senior housing
• Prior experience managing projects across the United States
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
• Availability to travel
