Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Fence Installer to assist with the installation of various types of fences including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental metal. The ideal candidate will have experience with power tools, general construction, and outdoor labor.

Responsibilities:
Measure and lay out fence lines accurately
Dig post holes and set posts using concrete
Install fence panels, rails, gates, and hardware
Operate power tools and hand tools (e.g., post hole diggers, augers, saws, levels, drills)
Load, transport, and unload fencing materials and tools
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

Requirements:
Valid drivers license (clean driving record preferred)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions
Punctual, dependable, and able to work well with a team
Comfortable using tools such as: circular saws, impact drivers, levels, measuring tapes, augers, and concrete mixers
Basic understanding of construction and carpentry preferred
Willingness to travel locally to job sites

Preferred Skills:
1+ year of experience in fencing, landscaping, or general construction
Knowledge of different fence types and materials
Experience operating skid steers, trenchers, or other heavy equipment is a plus
