About the Role

In this role, you will oversee and manage all paint, coatings, and epoxy floor operations across a range of commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who thrives on leading crews, ensuring top-quality finishes, and maintaining project timelines.

What They’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial painting, industrial coatings, or epoxy flooring

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality

• Previous superintendent or crew lead experience a plus
