Roofing Sheet Metal Estimator/ Project Manager

We are looking for new talent to help keep us a leader in the Roofing Industry Purpose and Objectives A roofing Sheet Metal Estimator/ Project Manager is responsible for bidding, selling, and managing wall panel and standing seem projects. Functions and Responsibilities Imputing Project information into spread sheets to track costs Knowledgeable at reading specifications Knowledgeable at reading/deciphering blueprints Being able to take roof samples (cores) to determine existing roof makeups Creating Relationships with new and existing clients and or maintain Knowledgeable at Estimating Roof Edges, Copings, Gutters/Downspouts, Soffits and Fascia, and Counterflashing's Knowledgeable at Estimating Architectural Wall Panel Systems and Standing Seam Benefits: Full Time, Salaried Position (Knowledge/Experience based) Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits Accident and Disability Insurance Life Insurance Paid Holiday and Vacation 401(K) with employer match The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
