Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our training and development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to our goals and objective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs that align with the Purchasing team goals.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet the specific needs of each team.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure it is up-to-date with relevant content.
  • Oversee the development of training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional development.
  • Monitor and report on training program outcomes and make recommendations for improvements.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Certification in Learning and Development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM).
Experience with instructional design and content development.
